I’m Bianca — the creative behind the scenes. I run my creative agency of one, intentionally. This means you’re not hiring a maze of account managers or a bloated team. You’re hiring me: the strategist, designer, and detail-obsessed human who actually cares how your message lands.

Because intimacy scales better than chaos. You’re not just another project; this is collaboration.

I strive to create digital assets for clients, brands, and communities that care about how things feel, not just how they look. Social events that don’t feel corporate. Retreats that people actually want to attend. Private clubs that feel elevated and quietly cool.

What I Do

I research which content styles are getting the most traction within your industry/niche, help design your content-creation framework, and execute shoots that leave clients feeling grounded, inspired, or changed in some small way. Sometimes I’m building the full vision; sometimes I’m refining what already exists. Either way, I’m there early — and I work until it’s right.

How I Work

I’m collaborative, calm under pressure, and deeply organized with a strong, creative POV. I start by gaining an understanding for your creative mission and vision. Then, I design shoots around that flow, environment, pace and energy. When needed, I bring in trusted specialists (designers, vendors, production partners) but I stay your singular point of contact throughout.
